tkbaj Terms and Conditions

01 General Provisions

tkbaj is an online betting and live casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms serve as a legal agreement between tkbaj and its users.

These terms apply to the tkbaj website, mobile version and all related services. Please also read the following supplementary policies before using the platform:

02 Account Registration

Every person wishing to create an account on the tkbaj platform must meet the following conditions:

• A person may create only one account. Multiple members of the same person or household may not operate multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

2.3 Account Security

03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

tkbaj strictly follows a 21+ age policy. We reserve the right to verify the identity and age of any user at any time.

3.1 Required Documents

One of the following documents may be required for identity verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (for age verification)
• Driving Licence

3.2 During the Verification Process

If a request for identity verification is received and the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be put on hold.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Suspension

tkbaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Failure to pass age or identity verification
• Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy

4.2 Account Closure Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact us via live chat or email. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. Contact the support team if there is any delay.
• The correct reference number must be quoted at the time of deposit.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

5.3 Transaction Liability

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at tkbaj, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be used.
• There may be a set time limit to complete the wagering requirement — see the conditions stated in the promotion details.
• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, which are stated on the relevant bonus page.
• A bonus may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If evidence of fraudulently claiming a bonus is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.
• tkbaj reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.3 VIP Program

The tkbaj VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

There is an opportunity to move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. The benefits and terms of each tier will be communicated separately.

07 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Conditions

tkbaj reserves the right to cancel bets in certain circumstances, such as:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of match-fixing or unusual activity in an event is found.
• If an event does not start at the scheduled time or is cancelled.

7.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup and Asian Cup) and other sports. The latest odds apply for live betting.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The outcome of each game is independent and controlled by a random number generator (RNG). We have no direct involvement in game outcomes.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbaj platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Claiming bonuses or promotion benefits by fraudulent means.
• Placing bets using software, bots or automated methods.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.

09 Responsible Gaming
